• Rental agreement must be received before reservation can be confirmed.
  • Maximum of 10 persons
  • No pets, unless advanced notice for approved service animal
  • No smoking
  • No grease cooking, open flames, candles
  • Please keep volume and outdoor music at a minimum after 10pm in consideration of neighboring homes and groundskeeper on property.
  • Note: any violations of above restrictions will result in possible additional charges. You may also be banned for future rental of the Hobby Hen House.
